I live in Irving. The other day I smelled gas outside near the meter, and from all I read, call a plumber first, otherwise the Gas company will shut you down and it can take days to resolve. Aaron said he would be here 8:30 the next morning and he was. He detected that the issue was on the Gas company's side of the meter and thoroughly checked to confirm. Aaron let me know to contact Atmos and he went on his way. Lesson learned, Atmos did not tell me on the phone that a plumber needs to be available after they finish to relight the water heater, they can no longer do that. I called Aaron and asked him if he would come back, because if he did not they were going to have to shut off the gas. He was on a job in Cedar Hill and yes he said he would certainly come back so I wouldn't be without gas, no grumbling, he kept his happy demeanor. Aaron came back, relit the water heater and informed the Atmos tech, all is good.Aaron is new to the business since April, but you would never know it. Aaron is highly competent, service minded, pleasant, flexible and punctual. All the qualities you would expect in a seasoned professional. I will definitely have him on speed dial for my next repair or any plumbing job and recommend him to my friends.

Historical Homework

Had a minor home plumbing emergency on a weekend - Aaron came out early on a Sunday morning to fix it. I highly recommend this service and will be hiring him to do all of the plumbing work on our 120 year old historic home! We are very picky about who we have work on the house and Aaron passed the test.

Great service , as usual. Have used for multiple homes. (Toilet , faucet , sink, bidet, and garbage disposal installs. as well as Tank-less water heater maintenance) Always pleasant to work with, communicates well, and is competitively priced. Was just here to replace a toilet, the new toilet from HD was cracked in the box. Aaron was flexible enough that I could run back to HD and exchange the toilet and finished the install that day. Highly recommend.
